Super Fruitfall all prepped up for Wii launch
Our European friends can now finally rejoice as Nintendo UK launches the Wii in London tomorrow! Aside from Zelda and Red Steel, and tons of other launch titles, Nissimo has also announced that his (yes, HIS. Nissimo is a one-man dev company) Super Fruitfall will also be available during the console’s launch.
But before we talk about the game, you’re probably curious about the one-man dev company called Nissimo, right? Okay, Nissimo is basically comprised of programmer Tony Williams. Tony says he’s extremely thankful that London-based publishing company System 3 agreed to work with him, given that large publishers usually don’t have time for small-time dev companies like his.
Now, as for Super Fruitfall, it’s basically a puzzle game of sorts that only Wii users in Europe will get to play because the game never made it to U.S. shores. We’re not complaining though, at least our Euro friends are getting a little extra for being patient enough to wait for a month after we here in U.S. got ours. You can expect a lot of Wii European launch news to come pouring in the following hours and days so stay tuned.
