Symphonic Orchestra headed for DS, Wii, PC?

Music notes - Image 1A lot of us have probably had experience with music and rhythm games like today’s hot-sellers Rock Band (PS3, Xbox 360) and Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PC). However, if you prefer the more classical tunes, Kando Games might have something for you. According to a recent report, a game called Symphonic Orchestra is in the works and should be available for the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and the PC soon. We’ve got details in the full story.

Orchestra - Image 1Music and rhythm games have been around for quite a bit now and a lot of us have probably had a brush with titles like Rock Band (PS3, Xbox 360) or the Guitar Hero series. To expand the game genre beyond rock n’ roll and dancing, Kando Games is developing the the more classically-inclined Symphonic Orchestra.

This is according to a recent report posted by DS-X2. According to them, Symphonic Orchestra is currently in the works and should be available soon for the Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, and the PC.

They also listed in some neat features of Symphonic Orchestra, which are:

  • Classical music Carmen from Bizet, The Traviata from Verdi, and The 9th symphony from Beethoven;
  • Innovative controller-swinging controls to play the game; and,
  • Beginner-friendly learning curve.

So far, these are the only details floating around for Kando Games’ Symphonic Orchestra. More news should come in soon, so hang in there and wait for us to fill you in.
