Sony has handed out a few more details about their new motion controller, more specifically the titles that will be supporting it.

There are a bunch of new games being made specifically for the motion controller, but existing titles will also be patched for support via updates. A list of titles is below. Note, however, that not all of them may be released in every region.

  • Ape Escape (Working Title)
  • Echochrome 2 (Working Title)
  • Eccentric Slider (Working Title)
  • Sing and Draw (Working Title)
  • Champions of Time (Working Title)
  • Motion Party (Working Title)
  • The Shoot (Working Title)
  • Tower (Working Title)
  • PAIN*
  • Flower*
  • Hustle Kings*
  • High Velocity Bowling*
  • EyePet*
    • *to be updated via network update

Capcom‘s Jun Takeuchi also took to the stage during Sony’s TGS 09 presentation to show off some of the tricks Sony’s motion controller has up its sleeve. His canvas? Resident Evil 5. And wouldn’t you know it, he confirmed that motion control will be fully supported by the game’s Director’s Cut slated for a spring release.

Media Molecule‘s LittleBigPlanet was also demoed using the motion controller and a DualShock 3, so you can add that to the list of titles to be updated.

The Sony motion controller is still set for a Spring 2010 launch.

Hmm. All these updates and it’s still just known as “Motion Controller.” Anybody out there wanna take a stab at giving it a better name?
