The Eye of Judgment Set 2 booster pack dated for Japan

The Eye of Judgment fans in Japan will be getting their Set 2 booster packs slightly later than expected as the release date was moved from February to March 27 of this year. We also caught wind of an ETA for the third booster pack and the software to support the said themes and packs from SCEJ. Check out the full article for more info.

Card battle video game fans, gather around. We’re sure you’re all eagerly waiting for the second booster pack for Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (SCEJ)’s The Eye of Judgment for the PlayStation 3. According to Famitsu, Set 2 will be coming on March 27, 2008 in Japan.

The slight delay – the original planned release date was February – was caused by “production reasons.” Anyway, what’s one more month, right? The third set for The Eye of Judgment on the other hand is set to hit Japan’s PlayStation Network in summer this year, it was originally slated for June 2008. (Arguably, June IS in the summer, but we digress.)

According to the report, the software that provides support for the theme decks and booster packs will also ship on the same day that Set 2 hits PSN. SCEA hasn’t announced when we’ll get our share of The Eye of Judgment booster pack love, so stay tuned for more news regarding this.
