The Settlers’ Logo and Screens
Game development for The Settlers is looking very concrete as Ubisoft releases a number of screenshots from their real-time strategy game. With the screens is the official logo the game will carry. It was proposed at first to be called The Settlers V but it seems that the Roman numeral was dropped for the DS release.
First to appear for PC and Commodore Amiga, The Settlers now comes in with a free mode gameplay option that allows quick matches against the computer.
Unfortunately, Ubisoft plans to release the game in the last quarter of 2006 only in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
