Trick Popping gameplay for Skate

One of the more crucial factors in sports titles – sorry, extreme sports titles, that is – is the camera. Because even if a game’s graphics are high-def enough to make your eyes bleed, your character will be the one bleeding in the gutter if you can’t see where you’re going to land your skate trick.

With that said, here’s another clip of Electronic ArtsSkate (scooting over to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms) showing off some trick popping gameplay. It’s one thing to pop them; and quite another to land them. Safe to say, the camera angles help you out without any hitch. Hence, fun. …Unless, of course, your philosophy behind skateboarding runs along the lines of “wipeouts are what make it fun.”
