Twin Isles Released for DS

dsTwin Isles by Scott Graham has undergone another transformation. This Civilization/Sim City/Utopia type of game for the Nintendo DS is now on its second release. When it was first released, the only mode of play is Free Play; an open-ended mode where keeping your growing populace feeling as bright as sunshine is your only goal.

If you’re new to the game there’s a “tip” system that can teach you a thing or two while playing your first few games and serve as your guide. After gaining some knowledge and familiarity on the game, you can go crazy with it already.

Changelog:

  • Single Player Scenarios
  • Techtree has been balanced, new techs added
  • War, and Missle Launches
  • CPU player to play against
  • Save/load functionality
  • … and lots of other minor stuff

According to the creator: If you have SRAM on your GBA cart you can optionally save a replay of the game to the SRAM when you quit from the pause menu. Replays can be replayed from the Single Player menu. Similarily, you can also save your game from the Pause Menu and load from the Single Player menu later.

Looking forward to more developments for this one Scott!
