Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune exclusive gameplay video

 

A lot of attention is on Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune; very promising title with what we know so far, and looks gorgeous as far as we’ve seen. Looking at the exclusive gameplay video over at Jeuxvideo.tv, seems like we won’t be disappointed.

On the graphics side, environments are as vibrant as it was said to be. Everything looks as spectacular as we’ve seen in previous videos and screenshots, giving life to a much artificial jungle. The camera offers quite some flexibility, allowing you to move it around with no sweat.

Transition from traversal to combat is seamless as promised. One moment, you’re trying to balance on a beam with the SIXAXIS, then running and gunning the next. Firearms work and sound like the real deal, while gunplay includes a lot of back-against-wall, take-cover-behind-tree action. Hand combat is very convincing – enemies duck when they see an incoming punch to the face, hitting back when given the chance.
