Unlockable gems: Hidden classic games in modern games
Ask MetaFilter user Otis, posted an question on Ask MetaFilter regarding hidden classic games in newer games. The example he cites is the Hidden Atari 2600 version of Pitfall in the newer Pitfall the Mayan Adventure for the SNES.
A lot of users were quick to point out that the original Prince of Persia could be unlocked in PoP: The Sands of Time. A lot more revealed the hidden goodies in Animal Crossing for the Gamecube. A few folks here suggested the hidden Metroid game in Metroid Prime.
We’re going to relay the question to you folks, any known hidden goodies? And no, the opening “now-loading” game in Tekken 5 for the PS2 doesn’t count; the emphasis here is on the fact that the classic game is hidden. Hidden, got that?
