Unusual playing positions for Guitar Hero II

If straight up guitar playing’s feeling a bit too easy for you whenever you’re playing Guitar Hero, then you might want to consider giving yourself a bit of a challenge by playing in some unorthodox positions. Play with a blindfold on, play behind your back, play while you’re jumping up and down on one foot and singing La Cucaracha – whatever you guys come up with, it’s all good.

In the video we have for you guys today, we’ve got cross-arm playing, playing like you’re using an upright bass, playing with the guitar flat on your lap (like a lap steel), and even a bit of behind-the-head axe-wielding. Yeah, most of them are pretty easy, but fun nonetheless. And with the amp-blowing, riff-ripping action of Guitar Hero II not hitting the Xbox 360 until November 7th, you’ve still got plenty of time to come up with and practice some moves that’ll definitely have your friends kneeling before you and moaning, “We’re not worthy!”
