The anti-game tirade was made during Chavez’s weekly radio show, where he also pointed out that games contribute to society’s ills. Specifically, he mentioned drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes, hence the “road to hell” comment. The Venezuelan president also voiced that he wanted his country to produce only educational games.
