Video: 2K Games reveals The Darkness’ Black Hole

Much has been said about the evil and malicious entity that’s so intricately entwined Jackie Estacado’s character in the video game The Darkness. But still, one is unable to comprehend the true powers that lurked beneath it. With this new trailer video released by publisher 2K Games, we guess we will all finally understand.

Called Black Hole, this is actually one of the in-game abilities available for the players. Black Hole is a vortex that can be summoned by Estacado to trap enemies. Opened in a room full of enemies, the Black Hole can empty the said room in seconds leaving it as if nothing happened.

The Darkness will be available both on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 later this June. It is being handled both by Starbreeze Studios and Top Cow Productions.
