Video: A glimpse of handheld gaming on Microsoft’s Zune HD
Ohoho, what’s this? It seems Microsoft is starting to get into the handheld gaming business with the Zune HD. A video spotted by Zunited clearly shows a racing game running on the new handheld. Heck, the voice-over lady even says outright that you can play games on the thing. So is this the portable Xbox Shane Kim was talking about? Check it out after the jump.

The Zune HD launches on September 15, so we’ll probably have to wait a couple of days before Microsoft formally announces what it’s capable of in terms of gaming. No word yet on what kind of games Microsoft will be rolling out for it either, but I’m inclined to think of something along the lines of Sony‘s PSP Minis.
