Virtual goods get boost in sales in Home

Or you’re turning a blind eye to the rapidly spreading fire burning through your wallet and onto your pants. That’s right, looks like the novelty of shopping on Home is just starting to spread (like wildfire), thereby resulting to a boom in virtual goods sales.

That’s right, looks like the novelty of shopping on Home is just starting to spread (like wildfire), thereby resulting to a boom in virtual goods sales.

“Selling like hotcakes” is how Director of the PSN, Susan Panico Sr. of Sony, would describe the current state of virtual shopping on Home. No specific numbers were given, but we’re actually not surprised it could be really the case.

I mean, come on. If you can’t buy the real stuff, at least splurge on the virtual, right? Still, £ 5 (US$ 7) is a bit too much for something you can’t really wear, right? Oh well, each to his own.
