“Optional transactions” is how they call them, content where you can make “parts that you can create and parts that you can choose to purchase using micro-transactions to further enhance your space.”

Apart from this, a character re-tooling key will also be availabel on the PS Store starting tomorrow. You can get it for US$ 4.99.
