Homebrew coder MetaFight is back with a new homebrew game for the Nintendo Wii called Harmonium. Well , it’s not really an original concept as the dev stated. It was based on Tonematrix, a simple sinewave synthesizer triggered by an ordinary 16step sequencer created by André Michelle.

Harmonium is, to put it plainly, a musical doodling tool. The user can manipulate notes on a 16×16 grid to create melodies within a pentatonic scale. On top of this already addictive concept, you can bring things to life by enabling Conway’s Game of Life! It’s not the easiest thing to explain, so just try it!
