Wind Waker Link spotted in Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Wind Waker Link confirmed - Image 1And more leaky screens just keep on rolling by. Here’s the latest addition in the roster of playable characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. We’ve actually already heard of him (along with Junior Bowser and Ridley) supposedly being confirmed back in 2006, but since then, there’s been hardly any word about it. And more screens just keep on rolling by. Previously, we already saw the likes of Marth and Ness from the opening cinematic. And just a few moments after that, caught sight of Luigi, Ganon (Twilight Princess Ganon), Falco, Captain Falcon, Mr. Game and Watch, and R.O.B.

Fellow Brawlers, feast your eyes on Toon Link, straight right out of the Great Sea of The Legend of Zelda:The Wind Waker on the GameCube and more recently in Phantom Hourglass on the DS. Check. It. Out. There’s even a shot of Twilight Princess Link going 1-on-1 with his cel-shaded reincarnation, on Wind Waker Link’s own Great Sea ship!
