Patch 2.3.2, the latest patch for Blizzard‘s insanely popular MMORPG World of Warcraft has just been let loose from the developers’ hands. All World of Warcraft gamers – casual and hardcore, new and old alike – are advised to download and install the patch (supplied below) to bring their copies of WoW up to the latest version.

Aside from the usual bug fixes, optimizations, and changes to classes, this latest patch also includes new commands such as /timetest, a command that lets players get information on the game’s performance. The guild bank controls have also been updated with a new “Withdraw-Repair Only” button.

For that added bit of realism (and convenience), player characters will now automatically stand up when attacked even if they don’t get hit. Really, if someone took a swing at you while you were sitting down, wouldn’t you get up and start whaling away at them too?
