WoW bug: melee attacks fail to refresh

WoW warrior - Image 1New day and sadly, new bug. Yeah, another one was found by some players in World of Warcraft. Luckily, it is not a major one.

Fans understand that these things happen because of the expansion and all, but it’s still a bummer whenever something unexpected happens.

Player Hurk dropped by the game’s official forum site and tried to inform Blizzard about the matter. His post reads:

Melee attacks are supposed to refresh the duration on judged seals. There is a bug where if you do not attack a mob for over 10 seconds, but do attack within 20 seconds, the seal will fade normally after 20 seconds, regardless of the additional hits that should have refreshed it.

Got confused
? Well, in simple terms, there is a pre-allotted time for seals to refresh: 20 seconds to be exact. But because of the bug, players are unable to maximize the time and are therefore limited to just half of it. This may sound whiny to others but a good 10 seconds can certainly spell the difference between failure and success. Or even happiness.

Good thing though that Hortus, member of Blizzard’s Quality Assurance department, took notice and promised to resolve it in the next patch.
