WoW Europe forums: This week’s Community’s review

The World of Warcraft logo - Image 1Ever wanted to have your say in Blizzard‘s World of Warcraft? Schwick invites players to visit his weekly Community’s review thread over at the official WoW Europe forums to discuss aspects of the game they feel strongly about, such as Enchanting or Jewelcrafting (which were last week’s topics, by the way). Going into details for this week’s topic trio:

As many of you may notice, all three are favorite hunting grounds within the Outlands region – one of the many additions seen in WoW‘s Burning Crusade expansion pack. As expected, most of the players visiting this forums have mid-60 to 70 characters, and comments were kept very constructive, with none of the strangeness we’ve been seeing in not-so-serious threads. Quoting Kaigami’s review as a sample:

Auchindoun
Interesting instance. The interior can get stale and shadow labyrinth has MASSES of trash which is totally unnecessary but i really dont mind it. Overall its a fairly good instance group and the fights are fairly varied.

Just less trash in shadow lab please.

Hellfire Citadel
A very nice set of instances with a good balance. Decent sizes and really reminiscent of BRS. Only suggestions would be nerfing the gladiators in Shattered Halls but thats about it.

Blade’s Edge Mountain
What can i say? The only reason i really replied to this thread. the least fun levelling zone, BY FAR. Its harsh on the eyes, its hard to get around without a flying mount…and theres SO MANY DAMN OGRE KILLING QUESTS. I swear if i ever have to kill 30 more ogres of any type again I’m going to cry. The quests in Blades Edge are secret Nesingwary quests. Even though it has some shiny text to cover it…they really all just mean “Kill 50 of this type of ogre”. The quests in this area could really do with some looking at, Along with the ease of movement for a non level 70.

Feel free to comment on the discussions, as Warcraft Weekly established this side project exactly for this purpose – as an active way players can seriously voice out their opinions on game-related topics.
