WoW Shaman primer continued: Enhancement level guide

A WoW Shaman of the Horde - Image 1Some time ago, we gave you the skinny of WoW Insider’s exclusive Shaman primer to cover all aspects of the Shaman class, including the Alliance’s Shaman avatar, the Draenei Shaman.

Today, continuing on the Shaman’s multiplayer support guide, they present the skill point guide for pimping out that World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Shaman of yours for easier grinds. Now the basic thing to remember is that damage, either taking it or dishing it out, is crucial if you’re one “power leveller”.

If you can serve out huge amounts of damage, you can kill your enemies faster. On the other hand, if you can take massive amounts of damage, you can go after tougher enemies with little fear.

So today, WoW Insider focuses on the Enhancement skill tree. This area includes a whole collection of buffs that can help you shape up an ideal Shaman. They’re essential for solo grinds, but for groups, they make the Shaman an ideal buddy. Like Diablo 2, you have to face a reality: by diversifying your skills among the available skill trees, your avatar becomes a broad, hybrid Shaman at the cost of being un-specialized in anything worthy of note.

Of course, if you lack anything in abilities, attributes or statistics, you can always hike them up with enhancing armor and equipment. So being critical in the measure of what you want for your Shaman will help you smooth out your daily WoW sessions (you do rest, right? … Right?!?).
