Xbox 360 games starting to include mandatory NXE update

You can run, but you can’t hide. If you managed to escape updating to the New Xbox Experience until now (for reasons I can’t fathom), don’t expect to be able to for long. The NXE update is now apparently a mandatory update in new games.

You can run, but you can’t hide. If you managed to escape updating to the New Xbox Experience until now (for reasons I can’t fathom), don’t expect to be able to for long. The NXE update is now apparently a mandatory update in new games.

The first games to have this mandatory update on-disc are Tom Clancy: H.A.W.X., and MLB:2K9. Unless you update to NXE, you won’t be able to play these games. Time to figure out what your avatar will look like. Don’t worry, you can leave out the gross pimple.
