Microsoft held a Xbox 360 meeting with the Japanese press last April 6. Mr. Sensui, president of Microsoft’s Japanese Xbox revealed the company’s plans in recapturing the Japanese interest in Xbox. Microsoft’s first step in trying to appeal to the Japanese market is improving their game line-up – they intend to strengthen their action and RPG line-up. In fact, they already revealed some the new games soon to be released for Xbox 360.

Bandai Namco revealed that Culdcept Saga will soon be available for Xbox 360 and will be Xbox Live-enabled.

Mr. Sakaguchi of Mistwalker was present in the press meet. He announced that the demo disc of Lost Odyssey will be out this late summer or early fall. Blue Dragon will be available by the end of the year and Lost Odyssey by 2007, says Sakaguchi. He also reports that the makers of Star Ocean and Radiata Stories, the Tri-Ace Studios, is brewing up a still untitled action RPG for Xbox 360.
