Xbox 360 Uncloaked by Dean Takahashi

Dean Takahashi’s new book, Xbox 360 Uncloaked, reveals to us what really went on at Microsoft between the launch of the Xbox and the Xbox 360. As many people know, hardware manufacturers like Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft start thinking of their next generation system very soon after the launch of a system. Microsoft is likely already looking at the Xbox 720 or whatever they wind up calling it. The road to the Xbox 360 was bubbling with internal problems and Xbox 360 Uncloaked shows that. The book explains it all in an a way that mimics a drama.

Once the Microsoft team saw that, they decided that Rare might be worth going after. Nintendo didn’t necessarily offer much resistance.
