Xbox Live Activity: Ikaruga top arcade game for week of April 7

Everything’s pretty quiet at Xbox Live. Well, gamers can be pretty noisy, but what we mean by quiet is that there’s hardly been any changes to game rankings in Xbox Live activity since the previous week. One notable entry this week is Ikaruga, which shot to the top of Xbox Live Arcade in its debut week. More in the full article.

Ikaruga, which recently debuted on Xbox Live, shot to the top of the charts for the week of April 7. It also happens to be one of only two new entries in the Xbox Live Activity report. Almost everything else in the list just rearranged themselves from the previous week.

Ikaruga sits on first place in the top Xbox Live Arcade games and is in 7th place in the overall titles. Also making a reentry in the Top Arcade list is Chessmaster Live, which is currently in 6th place.

So which games were bumped out? Army of Two’s demo is off the list, which is only expected since the full game is already out. Bumped off Arcade’s list are Battlestar Gallactica and Assault Heroes.
