yPaint v0.3

yPaint v0.3

So you’re probably familiar with Yongobongo‘s nifty “all in one” image editor, yPaint. Yep, that’s the one that has a Macromedia Fireworks interface, as opposed to the “more normal” MS Paint look. Looks great, eh?

Anyway, if you’re not familiar with it, allow me to backtrack a little. Basically, Yongobongo‘s yPaint is an image editor for the PSP that allows you to edit or make cool doodles in your PSP. According to the dev, “it comes with a full colour selection tool, Line Lengths, a GUI (needs to be improved)” and image saving capabilities. This should work for those who have firmware 1.50-2.71, but he promises that a “1.00/eLoader EBOOT should be up soon”. Guess we better keep our eyes peeled out for updates, then.

The dev says to be on the lookout for bugs (after all, this isn’t the final version yet, so be nice people). Plans for battery life display and additional functions are underway, so that’ something to look forward to, right? In the meantime, check out the latest version here and do stay tuned here at QJ for more updates.
