Yuusha 30 multiplayer mode detailed
Marvelous has shared a few more details about the multiplayer aspect of their quirky new PSP game, Yuusha 30. According to an update on the game’s official website, the game’s multiplayer mode will support four players. It reminded me of Patapon 2‘s multiplayer mode at first, but the one in Yuusha 30 won’t be cooperative. Instead, it’ll be a race to see who defeats the Devil King first.

According to an update on the game’s official website (and the translation from PSPHyper), the game’s multiplayer mode will support four players. It reminded me of Patapon 2‘s multiplayer mode at first, but the one in Yuusha 30 won’t be cooperative. Instead, it’ll be a race to see who defeats the Devil King first.
Of course, in keeping with the game’s general theme, players only have 30 seconds to do that. The one who does manage to succeed will be branded the “real” hero while the losers will get a “Nisemono” (fake) seal on their screens.
Yuusha 30 is currently scheduled for a May 28 Japanese release. I still haven’t heard any news of Yuusha 30 getting a release outside Japan, though, and this makes me sad because the more I see this game the more I want to play it. Still, there’s still some hope.
