Modern Warfare 2 map pack dated

We know that Infinity Ward and Activision have at least two map packs planned for Modern Warfare 2. Thanks to Monster Beverage Company, who has a deal with Activision to produce MW2-branded energy drinks, we now know when one of those are coming.

According to Shacknews, a four-pack of the company’s Monster Assault Energy drinks mentions a Spring 2010 release for one of the map packs. It wasn’t indicated it this date is for the first or second map pack, however.

Modern Warfare 2 is slated for a November 10 release on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The map packs will hit Xbox 360 first before heading on to the other two platforms
