More Info on Rayman Raving Rabbids

raymanImagine this, you’re a character who has no arms and no legs, and you’re going to save your girlfriend together with your old enemy and his girlfriend, while saving the world from being taken over by vicious, crazed but totally stupid rabbits.

Get the picture? Yes. Rayman is back with another absurdly funny adventure, with Rayman Raving Rabbids. Using the motion-sensitive Wii remote to control Rayman’s every move, it’s guaranteed to give you endless hours of adrenaline pumping bliss.

The nunchuck attachment is essential to playing Raving Rabbids. Throw punches with it and see Rayman doing the same thing on screen. Shake the controller and Rayman will do special kung-fu moves. To grapple an enemy, just make a brisk move with the nunchuck and he’ll grab, spin and throw enemies as projectiles. But, if a finishing move is what you’re after, then just take both pads downwards while Rayman is in the air and he’ll perform an earthquake ground shaking move.

But don’t make stuffed bunnies of those rabbits just yet. You can use them to access new areas of the game by hypnotizing them with disco music! Select a music and if you manage to dance following the good rhythm, the rabbits will start dancing with you and youÂ’ll be able to take control of them.

According to Ubisoft’s Michael Ancel, there are no plans on having a multiplayer mode just yet. They are focusing on giving us a great singer player experience first.

“One thing I would like to add though: you will see load of fresh, crazy and unexpected content in this gameÂ…”

So let’s join our armless, legless, dancing hero on his quest for love and power, when the game hits the shelves.
