X360 Gets Ripped Off In Football

Leagues RosterQuite frankly now, we sometimes do not quite understand what EA is thinking. Microsoft recently gained exclusivity in making football titles for the next year. Just like that, this multinational corporation could be very well be holding the future of next-gen football games at the palm of its hands. EA’s next moves are, to say the very least, staggering.

Here comes the bomb – EA just decided to remove 19 leagues for the 360 version of FIFA 07, yet included the full 25 for the Xbox and PS2 versions. Even Nintendo DS gets 22. Here comes another – X360 only has 21 stadiums whereas the Xbox and the PS2 get to have 47.

We can’t help but wonder if EA plans to release these eventually as DLC (downloadable content). But that would make X360 owners pay for what current-gen versions have or will have for free. As of now, it’s the closest, most logical thing we could think of. Better if you or them would come up with something better.

For now, this much we can say: it is the no wonder now why EA, in so many times, in the past has been the subject of criticisms from the gaming community.

Pre-Order: [FIFA 07]
