9 Dragons: Face the Monster Clans
9Dragons is the first authentic martial arts MMORPG. You don’t believe me? Then, check this gameplay video out. Just like in your typical chinese martial movies you start out as a peasant learning to be a master of martial arts and in order to do that you join one of the nine clans available. Of course, what is an MMORPG without the monsters. Ranging from your typical beasts, bandits, thieves and undead, 9Dragons has them all but not only that, there are monsters that have clans too namely the Clan of Secret Shadows, the Clan of Death Valley, the Clan of the King of Hell, the Clan of Beasts, and the Clan of the Golden War.
Like all great clans, it is divided into sects just like what these monster clans did. The Clan of Secret Shadows, led by Shen-mo, a Japanese who mastered the way of the katana and ninjitsu, is a group of skilled assassins and subdivided into the Black Shadows (the rouges), White Shadows (the spies) and Blood Shadows (top assassination unit). With the direction of Shuang-Mian who was once a Gai-Pan master then turned into a horrendous demon, he rallied the blind madmen, drunken swordsmen and dungeon guardians to protect Death Valley from unwanted visitors thus creating a clan with the same name of the place.
No other information on the other clans as of now so stay tuned for upcoming information. All I can say, this game’s storyline is getting richer and more interesting for every news release.
