Activision: New Call of Duty out later this year

There’s a new Call of Duty title coming out later this year. Are you excited? It’s certainly not a big surprise.

 

Activision confirmed the news in their earnings call where they also announced their 2009 revenues. Mike Griffiths, head of Activision Publishing, made this statement in relation to the announcement: “We’ve consistently grown revenues for the franchise year over year and continue to do that this year.”

 

They did not, however, provide details as to whether or not it will be a sequel to the highly successful Modern Warfare 2 or not.
