CM Eyonix speaks on the delayed patch

UndeadBlizzard‘s Eyonix made an announcement today regarding matters concerning the next patch. Every single World of Warcraft fan has become listless and impatient as to when the next release will finally be. To end confusion once and for all, the Community Manager wrote in the official Blizzard forum: “We plan to release a content patch before the end of the year.”

He reveals further that the new patch will include among others, the new Honor system and talents. Fans are forewarned not to call this release as Patch 1.13 as the company hasn’t decided yet on a name or even a version name. Eyonix is asking everyone for patience as the details are already on the way.

Speaking of patience, it seems that forum comments have finally drawn blood in the management as the Blizzard official wrote: “Those who wish to will always find fault with our messaging, despite the message itself. That is why some, rather than the no one you proclaim will often dismiss our credibility. Most players aren’t out to get us, or anyone else. At least that’s what I hang on to everyday.”

It is in this light why no exact date is given. Blizzard believes it is suffice for players to know that a new patch is coming before the year ends.
