European Nintendo Wii owners who are looking forward to cruisin’ for bruises will have to wait a little bit longer for Atari and Namco Bandai‘s Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. According to French site Wiiz, the latest chapter in the popular fighting game series will hit stores on February 15.

This is in contrast to the earlier launch date of January 25, 2008 announced by Atari. North America and Japan already took home their versions in 2007’s last quarter.

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 carries the biggest roster of characters in the series, with even minor characters like King Vegeta joining the fray. It carries the same explosive action that made its predecessors big hits. The Wii version also has improved visuals and the added benefit of motion-sensing controls to make throwing fireballs and flying all over levels even more fun. We’ll keep you posted for more.
