Electronic Arts’ Project Gray Company

It looks like Electronic Arts is creating an open-ended RPG along the lines of The Elder Scrolls. This new game, The Gray Company (just a working title for now), will be for next-generation consoles. Rumor has it that it’s going to be a Lord of the Rings game. As EA’s recently acquired the rights to the LotR books as well as the movies, they are totally within their rights to make a game based on the series (the Grey Company was a group of rangers in the LotR books, and to me the art also looks like it comes from the series. Then again, one of the art pieces shows a futuristic setting, so that rules out LotR).
