John Yamamoto, president and CEO of Square Enix Ltd. lauded Ring of Fates in his statement:

With a strong focus on action and exploration Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates offers an exciting, fast-paced adventure. If youÂ’ve never played a Final Fantasy game before, Ring of Fates is the perfect introduction and offers even more fun when played with friends.

Ring of Fates follows the adventures of twins Yuri and Chelinka as they strive to protect their homeland from the evil of the blood red moon. Contrary to what we’ve been told before, the game will take advantage of the Nintendo DS Wi-Fi Connection, allowing up to four players to team up and cooperate with each other in this epic adventure.
