Frontlines: Fuel of War for the PlayStation 3 canceled?
Sad news for the dystopian FPS, Frontlines: Fuel of War. Reports are coming in that the PlayStation 3 version of the game has been canceled. It seems that even the game devs aren’t denying it. Details in the full article.
Reports are coming in that the PlayStation 3 version of Frontlines: Fuel of War has been canceled. It seems that the game has been removed from various website listings (although last we checked, the PS3 logo still appears on the game’s official website).
Whether reports are true or not, it seems the game devs aren’t making an effort to deny the claims. In the forums of the game’s developers, Kaos Studios, this was posted by Kaos-DanMatlack: “Don’t fret. The Xbox 360 version is great!”
This was in reply to protests against the cancellation. Kaos-DanMatlack is identified with his signature:

So even if we are not given some hint as to the status of the PS3 version, at least we’re given assurance for the 360 one. It’s been reported before that the PS3 version was delayed, so if the cancellation is true, they were probably for the same reasons as the delay.
For now these are all still speculation. We’ll give you the heads up once an official announcement has been released.
