It’s probably the reason why the company has released a new gameplay trailer for Europa Universalis: Rome, showing gamers just what the game can bring to the strategy department.

This successor to Europa Universalis III takes place on a somewhat smaller scale, though it can be said that Europa Universalis: Rome is just as grand as its predecessor. The game takes you through the first Punic War all the way to the rise of the Roman Empire, and you can choose from different civilizations to begin your quest for conquest. Watch as you build awe-inspiring cities, raise powerful armies, and amass great wealth, all in the comfort of your own home.
