Three new TV spot advertisements for its highly successful exercise game title Wii Fit have surfaced, showing off some of the various events to help you keep in shape by playing the game.

Exergaming fanatics should be very familiar with Nintendo’s Wii Fit title for the Wii. Advertised as a solid integration of the console’s capability to fuse gaming and exercise, Nintendo has released three new Japanese TV ads for the game featuring some of its healthy exercise events.

The three videos below take a look at some of the core exercise categories based on aerobics, balance and muscle conditioning. The first video takes a look at the Slalom event, while the second and third ones feature the Hula Hoop and Meditation exercises.

The game comes with its patented gaming accessory, the Wii Balance Board, and has received outstanding sales so far despite being sold as an exclusive title in Japan. Wii Fit also makes use of a lot of information which watches your workout progress with charts for body mass index based on the user’s height and weight.
