Gorillaz: Escape to Plastic Beach now out on iPhone, iPad

The Gorillaz are extending their brand to more than just music and appearing in Rock Band. Like many other bands, they have also now ventured into the inescapable Apple territory, the iPad and iPhone. Ironically, their game is entitled Gorillaz: Espace to Plastic Beach.

The game puts Murcdoc, the psychotic bassist, in your control, flying high above Plastic Beach on boar a “Doom Glider”. He’s psychotic, hence the presence of ghost pirate ships and his attempts at thwarting lead singer 2D’s escape from the beach.
