Halo 3 debug mode found

For those of us looking to recreate the success of the highly-popular Halo machinima, Red versus Blue, or simply want to fool around, a couple of guys from HaloMods recently found the button command that lets you access Halo 3‘s debug mode. These guys – Shadow LAG and turk – have a video of it in action, too. Huzzah!

So what does Halo 3‘s debug mode offer to players? Other than the fact that it lets you view your movies with more freedom and lets you walk around without a visible weapon, nothing else. It does, however, open up the possibility of a machinima being developed for Bungie StudiosHalo 3 – and we all know how many laughs can come from the oodles of content that’s jam-packed into Master Chief’s last adventure.

Kudos to both Shadow LAG and turk for finding out this neat little feature. The button commands themselves are listed below, should you want to try it out for yourself. In any case, have fun, and enjoy the video!

Note that to activate/deactivate these features, simply enter them once. Also, they can only be used in local games.
