According to the retail listing, the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of King of FIghters XII will feature two types of control schemes to match your expertise, although it doesn’t get more specific than that at this point. There will be the usual art gallery and other bonus modes. The game will feature over 22 characters from the KoF universe, including at least two hidden characters.

As with most games coming to this generation, there are plans for online play, as well as clan support. Players would be able to set up lobbies where they can get some matches on. While waiting, you can just chat (or talk trash) with other players for a while, or watch other people going at it. This design intends the arcade feel of standing behind the players on the machine, talking with people, and getting to know their playing level and their styles.

The listing has it that King of Fighters XII will be out by the 16th of July. But for now we’ll have to wait until SNK confirms any of these.
