Korea gets extra Monster Hunter Freedom 2 goodies

After receiving some serious collectible treats by way of Korea’s Collector’s Edition packs of DJ Max Portable 2, Japan is returning the favor with a promo for Capcom‘s Monster Hunter Freedom 2 game for the PSP.

According to what we’re reading in a Babelfish translation of the Korea-based Ruliweb online retailer, the first 10,000 guys who pick up a copy of Monster Hunter Freedom 2 in Korea will be awarded limited edition game-related goodies. The items we’re looking at are a cool-looking MHF2 bracelet, and what appears to be a set of two-sided posters. See these prizes from left to right.

Given that the game is scheduled for a PAL release in September, we will just have to see if there’ll be any announcements for an NTSC release. It would be a shame if this doesn’t happen – the game did prove its popularity by becoming a platinum hit in Japan, which should indicate how promising it may be if sent overseas. That (the NTSC announcement, we mean), and some extra game goodies like what Korea’s getting would certainly make anybody’s day.
