Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy – New Screenshots
Ten brand-spanking new Xbox 360 screenshots of LucasArts upcoming Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy have surfaced over at 1Up. The sequel to the cult video game, Lego Star Wars: The Video Game, provides a humorous and child-oriented retelling of the original trilogy. It follows the Rebel Alliance’s battle to dismantle the Galactic Empire and rebuild a galaxy in pieces.
Characters from the Original Trilogy including Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, Leia, Stormtroopers, and Emperor Palpatine will be playable. The 52 characters from the last game will be available if you have a saved game from Lego Star Wars.
Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy is slated for a September 16 release date.
