On top of helping the undecided gamer, this list also hopes to help expectant buyers who are already keen on getting a PS3, if only to serve as a bit of a reality check. After all, no one wants to expect something, and then end up feeling disappointed. So here’s the 24 things that you can look forward to, and it’s up to you if it’s all good or not:

  • Touch-sensitive power and eject buttons are a nice touch — literally
  • 15,000 kiosks across the nation by the end of November
  • The PS3 is not just a cheap Blu-ray player
  • Not all games will be 1080p
  • The Sixaxis controller doesnÂ’t feel too light
  • Speaking of which, the Sixaxis motion sensing takes some getting used to.
  • The PSP will connect via Wi-Fi to the PS3Â’s hard drive
