Marble demo v2 – new level, bug fixes, .pdf file included

Nintendo's DS Lite handheld - Image 1While Noda still hasn’t gotten around to release the first official release of Marble, the developer has added a few new features in the second release of this puzzle game’s demo for the Nintendo DS. You can check out the new build of the demo as it sports a second level, as well as some minor bug fixes to optimize its code.

If you remember our previous coverage of the homebrew demo of Marble, then you might be glad to know that Noda has come up with a quick update to get people into his simple, yet addicting puzzle game for the Nintendo DS. The latest update fixes up some minor bugs and adds a second level to the initial release of the demo game.

For those of you who are fluent in French, you might also want to check out the .pdf article included in the archive below. This includes a short introduction to the game’s origin as well as some technical notes on how the developer was able to simulate the physics for Marble.

Hopefully, we’ll be able to see a solid version of the game some time soon, despite a previous projection from Noda that the official release would in by December 20. In the meantime, you can check out the new build through the download link we’ve provided below.
