More Screenshots for Gears of War
Since Gears of War is is expected to come out in a few months, now seemed like the best time for Epic Games to come out with more publicity for the game. Not a demo, nor a vid, but a LOT of screenshots.
For those of you new to Gears of War, it’s basically your character, machine guns and other weapons, and the Locust Horde, the nemesis of all mankind on the planet Sera. You can be sure of firing weapons rather than diplomacy, and graphic depictions of exploding heads from sniper rifle fire rather than… Ponies and Kittens. While the graphics look excellent, here’s to hoping that there’ll be a lot more action reminiscent of Halo in this game, with some positive tweaking for good measure.
