Motorstorm: Pacific Rift video walkthroughs at Gamer’s Day

Sony‘s Gamer’s Day is turning out to be one heck of a show, and Motorstorm: Pacific Rift is one of the major reasons. The latest videos show walkthroughs on some of the new stuff we’ll be seeing in the sequel, and everything is looking sweet and sunny. View the clips after the jump.

More videos are flowing in from Sony‘s Gamer’s Day showcase. Earlier, we brought you a quartet of videos from Killzone 2 which damn near made our eyes bleed. Now, there’s a couple of videos showing a walkthrough and an interview for Motorstorm: Pacific Rift. More eye candy!

If you think there’s nothing more to this sequel than basking in tropical environments and racing off the road, you’d be wrong. New features abound, and one of the most interesting improvements that Evolution Studios has set its eyes on is the level of interaction between vehicles and environments. Water, lava, terrain, and other aspects are more of a factor than ever in Motorstorm: Pacific Rift.
