Namco ripped Tekken 6’s Leo?
Okay, this isn’t really news, so we’re not tagging it as such. The thing is, it’s still a pretty hot topic, especially in Tekken related forum threads and message boards everywhere. Observe the image below:
YouNewb.com reports that the first screams of “rip-off!” were reportedly heard over at the IGN message boards, and news/debate about it spread like wildfire. Here’s another image you can use to compare:
Of course, everything would be different if the rumor that Leo’s a girl was true. We’re now starting to think that the red scarf was put there by the character designers on purpose. If Leo is female (and that’s a big if), wouldn’t it be nice if she was Tekken version of Street Fighter’s Sakura, only this time, she’s fan-girl-ing the “fictional” Rock Howard? Nah, not likely.
