New game for PSN Japan: Piyotama

 

Just when we were lamenting that the PlayStation Network was a little too heavy on trailers with very little playable stuff, Sony Japan is showing us signs of life with chicken and eggs. That’s right, folks, a new game is lined up for PSN Japan to be released June 22 and it’s called Piyotama.

The premise in Piyotama is pretty simple. You have eggs which could amount to four or more and you have to tilt the table in such a way that they’ll align. If you can do it with style using fancy maneuvers, you get rewarded with extra points. Finally, the chickens hatch out of the shells and fly away to give you a warm, fuzzy moment of pride.

There’s no word as of yet as to when it’s coming to Europe and the US, but we certainly hope it comes soon because those eggs could use some tilting from good American hands.
